ASTRO N7s is Astronergy's compact n-type TOPCon rooftop family. The UK distribution agreement names 455W and 460W N7s 2.0 modules, while N7s 3.0 followed in June 2026.

ASTRO N7s is Astronergy’s compact rooftop-module family. In May 2026, Astronergy and Midsummer named 455 W and 460 W N7s 2.0 modules for UK distribution. Astronergy then unveiled N7s 3.0 in June, creating an important document-version boundary.

UK-distributed N7s 2.0

The 455 W and 460 W CHSM48RN(DG)(BLH)/F-BH modules measure 1762 by 1134 by 30 mm and weigh 24.5 kg. They are black-frame, dual-glass bifacial modules using 96 half-cells and n-type TOPCon technology. Their module efficiencies are 22.8% and 23.0%.

N7s 2.0 has an 80% bifaciality value with a tolerance of five percentage points, a -0.29% per degree Celsius maximum-power temperature coefficient and a 0 to +3% power tolerance. Its 455 W and 460 W ratings are front-side STC values.

The product warranty is 25 years and the linear power warranty is 30 years. Degradation is no more than 1% in the first year and 0.4% in each later year, reaching 87.4% at year 30.

N7s 3.0 is a later revision

The all-black N7s 3.0 retains the CHSM48RN(DG)(BLH)/F-BH prefix, frame size and weight but extends the schedule to 470 W and uses a 20-busbar design. N7s 2.0 instead uses zero-busbar interconnection. The common prefix does not establish which generation is being offered.

Current MCS entries cover the exact 455 W and 460 W codes and dimensions. The register does not state N7s 2.0 or 3.0, so the wattage, complete code and dated datasheet are needed to identify the module. At 22 July 2026, the UK distribution announcement still named 2.0, while 3.0 was the newer global release.
