myenergi

myenergi designs home-energy equipment in the UK. Its products include zappi EV chargers, eddi electricity diverters, libbi battery systems and the harvi wireless energy sensor. The equipment can share measurements and controls through the myenergi platform, but each product still has its own electrical and communications requirements.

Current zappi range

Two zappi forms are current in the UK. zappi 2.1 has a display and is sold as a 7 kW single-phase or 22 kW three-phase charger, with tethered Type 2 cable and untethered Type 2 socket options.

zappi GLO is a separate, screenless 7 kW single-phase charger. Its tethered version has a 6.5 m Type 2 cable; its untethered version has a Type 2 socket and uses a separate cable.

The zappi 2.1 power and connector choices are variants of one product family rather than separate charger generations. A 7 kW code cannot be used as the specification for a 22 kW three-phase unit, and a tethered code does not identify the socketed enclosure.

Connectivity, safety and support

Built-in residual-current and broken-PEN features do not remove the installation-specific upstream protection and earthing requirements.

The current UK product and extended-warranty pages state a three-year standard warranty for zappi 2.1 and GLO. A paid extension to five years is offered subject to its eligibility window and terms. That is not a five-year standard warranty.

Model codes

zappi 2.1 uses 2H07 and 2H22 families, with further code characters distinguishing variants. GLO uses the separate 3AS07 family, including ZAPPI-3AS07T-G and ZAPPI-3AS07U-G in its technical record. The complete code is therefore part of the product identity.
