Perlight Solar
Perlight Solar is a PV-module manufacturer established in Zhejiang in 2006. Its UK route is through an official sales and customer centre in Oxford.
Perlight’s company material covers module research and development, technical services, engineering, procurement and construction, building-integrated photovoltaics and standard framed modules.
UK sales and support route
Westech Solar (UK) Ltd in Oxford is Perlight Solar’s UK and European sales and customer centre. Established in 2010, it is the official representative for those markets and works with installers, wholesalers and distributors.
This arrangement separates the manufacturer from the UK sales route. Project and handover records may therefore carry both Perlight and Westech names. The module model code remains the identifier that connects the product, datasheet and warranty record.
Current UK module families
At 23 July 2026, the UK representative’s framed range is organised into Black Grid and Delta families. Black Grid covers two N-type, dual-glass modules. The Delta group contains the compact Delta Mini, the single-glass Delta Black family and the back-contact BC Delta family.
The model names do not describe one shared size. Delta Mini is the compact 300 W format. Delta Black appears as separate 415 W and 425 W headline versions with different dimensions, while BC Delta uses another module code and back-contact cell layout. Black Grid also separates its 465 W and 500 W versions by code, cell count, size and weight.
Perlight’s current Delta range includes PLM-300MB-54 and PLM-425OM10A-44B. The residential range also includes the PLM-475H8NG-108 back-contact family. The UK representative adds the other modules it currently supplies in this market.
In-roof and flexible products
The UK range is not limited to standard framed rooftop modules. It includes a Sandtoft in-roof system and flexible panels for applications where a conventional glass-and-frame module is not the product format. Those are separate systems with their own mounting and installation documentation.
Warranty and product records
At 23 July 2026, the UK range page presented 30-year product and performance warranty periods across the framed families covered here. The exact terms remain tied to the supplied model and its warranty document, so the family name alone is not the warranty record.
The range page is a dated snapshot. Where MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) status is required, the exact model code needs a matching live Product Directory entry rather than an inference from a family name or a logo on a datasheet.
