Baxi Auriga HP is a commercial R32 air-to-water monobloc range. Its four model designations are 20T, 26T, 33T and 40T and all use a three-phase electrical supply. They are intended for fully electric, hybrid and cascaded heating systems rather than ordinary single-home installations.

Model Standard code Coastal-protection code Nominal output at A7/W35
Auriga HP 20T 7832028 7854470 21.22 kW
Auriga HP 26T 7832029 7854471 27.19 kW

Commercial scale and cascade use

Cascade arrangements can extend the range to 320 kW. The current technical page gives net weights of 271, 272, 361 and 363 kg in model order. Baxi’s June 2024 launch article instead gives 270, 271, 360 and 362 kg, one kilogram less for every model.

The live product page and 2024 launch give dimensions as height, width and depth: 1276 by 1612 by 669 mm for 20T and 26T and 1581 by 1882 by 683 mm for 33T and 40T. The live diagrams depict that orientation. The January 2026 guide labels the same numbers as 1276 by 669 by 1612 mm and 1581 by 683 by 1882 mm, swapping width and depth. Baxi also specifies clearances of 1500 mm at the front and rear and 800 mm at each side and above.

Flow temperature and modulation

The 20T, 33T and 40T have a leaving-water range from 25°C to 60°C. The 26T maximum is 58°C. SCOP (seasonal coefficient of performance) is given separately at 35°C and 55°C flow, so the 4.83 family peak belongs specifically to the 33T at the lower flow temperature.

Baxi’s live technical table gives 35°C SCOP values of 4.42, 4.31, 4.83 and 4.80, while the January 2026 guide gives 4.54, 4.35, 4.83 and 4.80. At 55°C, the technical table and guide agree on 3.31, 3.47, 3.58 and 3.61, although the live feature summary calls the 20T value 3.33. Baxi does not reconcile either difference.

All four models use an inverter-driven scroll compressor with a modulation range from 13% to 100%. Building management system communication is available through Modbus or a 0 to 10 V signal. Sound power is 65 dB(A) for each size, with sound pressure of 57 dB(A) at one metre.

Model names and product codes

Each output has a standard product code and a separate coastal-protection code. The standard codes are 7832028, 7832029, 7832031 and 7832032. Coastal codes are 7854470, 7854471, 7854472 and 7837263 in the same output order.

Baxi’s commercial range card calls the third output 30 kW. The detailed product page and January 2026 guide both identify it as Auriga HP 33T, with standard product code 7832031. The exact model and product code are therefore safer identifiers than the range-card figure.

Availability, certification and warranty

Auriga HP remained available for specification from Baxi on 22 July 2026. The live MCS Product Directory had no exact Auriga or Auriga HP entry on that date.

Baxi’s 2024 launch article offered up to five years’ parts-and-labour cover when commissioned by Baxi or a Baxi-authorised engineer. Its current generic commercial warranty page says products commissioned by Baxi are guaranteed for two years, including parts and labour. The current terms supplied for the project determine the applicable period. Auriga HP is a separate commercial family from the residential HP40, HP60 and Baxi Assure ranges.
