Perfera is a Daikin air-to-air family for fixed heating and cooling. The current FTXM-A / 5MXM-A range is a multi-split arrangement: FTXM-A wall units connect to 5MXM90A2V1B, which supports up to five compatible indoor units.
Current indoor-unit range
The current wall-unit table covers classes 20, 25, 35, 42, 50, 60 and 71. Classes 20 to 50 use an 804 × 298 × 252 mm cabinet; classes 60 and 71 use a wider and deeper 997 × 298 × 292 mm cabinet.
Cooling sound pressure in silent/high modes is 19/41 dB(A) for classes 20 and 25, 19/45 for 35, 21/45 for 42, 27/46 for 50, 30/46 for 60 and 32/47 for 71. Classes 60 and 71 pair the larger cabinet with silent/high figures of 30/46 and 32/47 dB(A) respectively.
Several classes have both A2V1B and A5V1B endings. They are separate complete product-code variants, with no defined functional distinction between the endings.
Current five-port outdoor unit
5MXM90A2V1B is the R32 outdoor unit for up to five indoor units. It is 974 × 734 × 408 mm, has 52 dB(A) cooling and heating sound pressure and uses a 220–240 V single-phase supply.
Its pipe schedule allows 25 m on one branch and 75 m in total, with up to 15 m between indoor and outdoor equipment and 7.5 m between indoor units. The permitted connected-capacity schedule still has to be checked for the chosen combination.
Compatible arrangements can include wall-mounted, cassette and concealed-ceiling indoor units. Onecta control is supported.
