SecuriCharge is Rolec’s steel wall-mounted charger for workplaces, longer-stay car parks and other exposed locations. It is available with one or two universal Type 2 sockets, or one or two tethered leads on request, and 7.4 kW single-phase or 22 kW three-phase schedules per outlet.
Each outlet follows its selected single-phase or three-phase power schedule.
Access and management options
The current family includes plug-and-go, mobile-app and RFID control. Contactless payment is model-dependent. OCPP 1.6 allows the charger to connect to a compatible chargepoint-management provider, while MID-approved metering supports charging records. Communications options include 4G, Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
Electrical and physical design
Protection functions include AC overload and fault-current protection, 6 mA DC fault protection, surge and overtemperature protection and PME fault detection. Static and dynamic load management are also supported.
The enclosure measures 320 × 575 × 155 mm and is rated IP54 / IK10. Rolec links PAS 1899 conformity to installation at the specified height, so accessibility is a property of the completed installation as well as the charger.
