X1 Hybrid G4

SolaX X1-Hybrid G4 is a single-phase inverter that combines solar conversion, high-voltage battery control and an EPS output. It is a current product in SolaX’s UK residential storage catalogue.

Five current output ratings

The live product-page selector contains 3.0, 3.7, 5.0, 6.0 and 7.5 labels. Its rated AC schedule uses 3.68 kW for the 3.7 model. The current V3.0 datasheet contains the same five -D codes.

All listed variants have two MPPTs with one string on each and a 16 A limit per tracker. The battery input covers lithium-ion and lead-acid types across the stated high-voltage range. Battery compatibility depends on the approved model and permitted module count, not on battery voltage alone.

EPS output follows the inverter code

Rated EPS output equals each inverter’s rated class. Ten-second peak output runs from 6.0 kilovolt-amperes (kVA) on the two smaller units to 11.25 kVA on the 7.5 kW unit, with switching time below 10 milliseconds (ms).

Those figures describe the inverter port. The installed backup arrangement also determines which circuits are connected, the switching and isolation equipment, the earthing design and the loads that can operate together. A Matebox can form part of an X-ESS G4 system, but its presence and model need to be recorded in the installed-system and handover documents.

Current warranty record

X1-Hybrid G4 has five years of standard cover, beginning from the earlier of first installation or nine months after production. A qualifying SolaXCloud connection with successful generation-data upload upgrades the term to ten years.
