S6-EH1P-L-PRO is the product-code family behind Solis’s S6 Advanced Power Hybrid name. PRO codes remain visible in Solis’s current UK warranty selector, while the detailed manufacturer seminar retained by the Solis service centre is explicitly focused on South Africa and documents S6-EH1P8K-L-PRO.
Do not generalise the 8 kW schedule
The seminar states up to 190 A battery charge and discharge current, ten seconds at 200% backup overload, generator connectivity and parallel operation for its 8 kW context. Those figures should not be applied to other PRO codes. A warranty selector establishes that a code is recognised for warranty administration, not its technical specification or present sales status.
Parallel operation is a supported system topology rather than an attribute that changes one inverter’s phase. The approved number of units, communications, protection and grid settings need to follow the applicable model and regional manual.
UK availability
PRO model codes remain selectable on Solis’s current UK warranty page. However, the PRO family was absent from the current UK product catalogue reviewed on 23 July 2026. The catalogue lists S6-EH1P(3-10)K-L-PLUS instead. Current new UK supply for the PRO models is therefore unconfirmed.
An installed product remains identifiable from its full code and serial number. Its battery must match the compatibility list for that exact inverter, region and firmware. Generator and backup claims also require the external wiring and protected-load arrangement to have been installed and commissioned.
The warranty terms supplied with the unit control. The current five-year UK schedule applies only to qualifying products produced from 1 July 2025.
