Antifreeze

Antifreeze is a fluid additive or pre-mixed heat-transfer fluid used in a heat pump or heating loop to lower the water mixture's freezing point. In home energy paperwork it most often appears around ground arrays, central water loops, outdoor monobloc pipework and frost-protection arrangements where water or heat-transfer fluid could freeze.
