BS EN 62109 (British Standard adoption of European Standard 62109) is the PV power-converter safety standard series behind general equipment and inverter-specific safety requirements.
BS EN 62109 (British Standard adoption of European Standard 62109) is the British-adopted safety standard series for power converters used in PV power systems. Part 1 sets general safety requirements for PV power conversion equipment, while Part 2 adds inverter-specific requirements for DC to AC inverter products and products that perform inverter functions in PV systems.
