Charge point management system

A CPMS (charge point management system) is software used to monitor, configure and operate one or more EV chargepoints. In shared, workplace, fleet or public charging it may handle charger status, user access, tariffs, payments, reporting, remote resets and connections to roaming or open-data services, usually through charger communications such as OCPP. In domestic use, the term is most likely to appear around a shared-parking charger, landlord or workplace system, public charging network or charger with a cloud management platform.
