Drainage

Drainage is the way rainwater, surface water, condensate or groundwater is collected, carried away or allowed to soak into a suitable part of a property. It is a site and building-water-management issue, not the same as structural capacity, planning permission, Building Regulations compliance, a product ingress protection (IP) rating, DNO approval or MCS certification.
