ENA Type Test Register

The ENA Type Test Register is the register where manufacturers record type-tested generating equipment and system references used in GB G98 and G99 connection paperwork.

The ENA Type Test Register is the ENA register for manufacturer-submitted type test records and system references for generating equipment used with GB distribution-network connection rules such as EREC G98 and EREC G99. It helps installers and DNOs identify whether a solar inverter, battery inverter, storage device or other generating unit is being presented as type tested against the relevant engineering recommendation. The register supports connection paperwork, but it is not a DNO approval letter, connection agreement, commissioning certificate, export registration or proof that a whole installation is suitable as installed.
