Firefighter PV isolation

Firefighter PV isolation is the isolation, labelling and emergency information that helps fire and rescue crews understand which parts of a solar PV system can be switched off and which DC parts may remain live.

Firefighter PV isolation is the set of isolation points, labels, shutdown information, cable-route details and array-access notes that helps firefighters and fire and rescue services deal with a building where a solar PV system is present. It matters because PV DC circuits can remain energised in daylight even after the normal electricity supply has been disconnected.
