Firmware version
Firmware version is the release identifier for the built-in software running inside equipment such as an inverter, battery controller, EV chargepoint, gateway or heat-pump control.
Firmware version is the number or release label that identifies the firmware currently installed on a piece of home energy equipment. It can appear in product information screens, commissioning records, monitoring portals, charger portals, update prompts, fault reports and support requests.
