Home Energy Scotland funding

Home Energy Scotland funding is Scottish Government-funded grant or interest-free loan support for eligible homeowners in Scotland, accessed through Home Energy Scotland advice and referral.

Home Energy Scotland funding usually means the Home Energy Scotland Grant and Loan: Scottish Government-funded grant, interest-free loan or combined support for eligible homeowners in Scotland installing clean heating systems, energy-efficiency measures, some home renewables or heat-network connections. It is an advice and funding route with current scheme rules, eligibility checks, measure conditions and written funding offers. It is not automatic entitlement to funding, DNO approval, MCS certification, SEG registration, export MPAN setup, building regulations approval, warranty cover or proof that a specific solar PV, battery, EV charging or heat pump project is suitable.
