Nest Warm Homes Wales usually means the Welsh Government Warm Homes Nest scheme: free impartial home energy advice for households in Wales and, for eligible lower-income households, a package of free home energy efficiency improvements such as a boiler repair or replacement, a heat pump, insulation or solar panels. It is funded by the Welsh Government, with eligibility based on owning or privately renting the home, receiving a means-tested benefit or being on a low income and the property's EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating.
