OZEV landlord chargepoint grants

OZEV (Office for Zero Emission Vehicles) landlord chargepoint grants are UK government chargepoint grants for eligible residential landlords, registered providers, property managers and some other organisations responsible for residential property. Current GOV.UK guidance describes support of 75% of purchase and installation costs up to £500 per socket, with a 200-socket annual limit for eligible residential landlord applicants. The grant depends on the property, applicant, parking space, OZEV-authorised installer and eligible chargepoint meeting scheme rules before installation. It is not EV chargepoint approval for every property, planning permission, building regulations compliance, DNO approval, a landlord electrical safety record, product warranty cover or proof that a cable route, parking arrangement or installation design is suitable.
