OZEV (Office for Zero Emission Vehicles) renter and flat owner chargepoint grant is the UK government home chargepoint grant for eligible residents who either rent their home or own and live in a flat. Current GOV.UK guidance describes support of 75% of purchase and installation costs, up to £500 for one socket, where the applicant owns an eligible vehicle, has private off-street parking, uses an OZEV-authorised installer and waits for OZEV confirmation before installation.
