Remote monitoring

Remote monitoring is the ability for authorised users, installers or support teams to view a compatible home energy system through an app, portal or service platform while away from the equipment.

Remote monitoring is the product or service arrangement that lets authorised users, installers or support teams view a compatible home energy system through an app, web portal or service platform while they are not at the equipment. In solar, battery, EV charging and heat-pump systems it may show generation, consumption, battery state of charge, charger sessions, operating status, fault alerts, firmware notices or heat-pump energy data, depending on connected hardware and account permissions.
