In a UK home energy context it may include the maintenance schedule, manufacturer instructions, outdoor unit airflow checks, filters or strainers, system pressure, antifreeze or inhibitor checks and any professional service required by the product or warranty. It is not a do-it-yourself service checklist, a service record, a warranty approval, an MCS certificate or proof that the heat pump is correctly designed.
