Static load limit

Static load limit is a fixed maximum current or power value set for an EV chargepoint or a group of chargepoints. It is usually configured as a charger, circuit or site cap, for example a maximum current per phase, so charging uses a preset ceiling rather than recalculating the limit from live household demand. The setting can help keep EV charging within a chosen load-management boundary, but it does not increase supply capacity, prove installation suitability, replace dynamic load balancing or mean the charger supports solar charging, tariff scheduling, OCPP-based control or every smart-charging feature.
