TrustMark

TrustMark is the UK Government-endorsed quality scheme for businesses carrying out work in or around the home. A TrustMark Registered Business is registered through an approved Scheme Provider and works under the TrustMark Framework Operating Requirements, Code of Conduct and Customer Charter. In home energy paperwork, TrustMark may appear in installer credentials, government-funded retrofit or energy-efficiency schemes, TrustMark Data Warehouse lodgements, certificates of lodgement, consumer-protection notes and handover packs. TrustMark registration is not the same as MCS certification, Competent Person Scheme registration, building regulations certification, DNO approval, planning permission, grant approval, product warranty cover or proof that the whole installation is suitable, compliant or correctly designed.
