Also known as WiFi dongle, Wi-Fi datalogger, Wi-Fi stick, Monitoring stick
A Wi-Fi dongle is a plug-in communication adapter that lets compatible inverters, batteries or gateways connect to a local Wi-Fi network for monitoring, setup or service-platform data exchange.
A Wi-Fi dongle is a plug-in communication adapter that gives compatible home energy equipment a local wireless network path. In solar and battery systems it is often fitted to an inverter, battery inverter or gateway through a USB (Universal Serial Bus) port or product-specific connector so the device can send monitoring data, status messages or setup information to an app, portal or service platform.
