Neostar 3S54 AIKO-A-MCE54Mb is a third-generation, mono-glass module series from AIKO. The April 2026 series contains 480 W, 485 W, 490 W and 495 W variants.
480–495 W and earlier 460–475 W series
AIKO’s current English catalogue contains more than one Neostar 3S54 mono-glass wattage series. The April 2026 generation uses a 1762 by 1134 by 30 mm frame for its four variants. An older live product page still presents a 460 W to 475 W series and a 25-year product warranty.
The April 2026 480–495 W series has 30-year product and performance warranties. An older live 460–475 W series retains a 25-year product warranty, so Neostar 3S54 alone does not identify the applicable warranty or electrical table. The complete wattage code and dated product record resolve that difference.
Degradation and warranty
The four variants use the same frame and n-type ABC construction. Module efficiency rises from 24.0% to 24.8% through the wattage series. The power temperature coefficient is -0.26% per degree Celsius.
The linear performance curve permits no more than 1% degradation in the first year and no more than 0.35% in each later year through year 30. Its final warranted value is 88.85% of the initial rated output.
UK product records
All four exact 1762 by 1134 by 30 mm variants had current MCS Product Directory entries at 22 July 2026. The records run from MR 50677721 0001/1072 for AIKO-A480-MCE54Mb to /1075 for AIKO-A495-MCE54Mb.
Neostar 3S+ dual-glass modules and the larger 3S60 products use separate datasheets. Their construction, dimensions and wattage tables should not be substituted for this mono-glass 3S54 series.
