Neostar is AIKO’s residential solar-module range. It is not one panel and does not have one wattage, size or warranty. The current English catalogue includes second- and third-generation products in several physical formats.
Reading a Neostar name
The generation appears near the start of the family name. Neostar 2S belongs to the second generation, while 3S and 3P are third-generation families. Current product names use a plus sign for dual-glass versions and describe the other versions as mono-glass. Numbers such as 54, 60 and 78 distinguish different module formats.
The full code remains the reliable identifier. AIKO-A-MAH54Mb, for example, identifies the 2S54 mono-glass series covered on the Neostar 2S page. AIKO-A-MCE54Mb identifies a 3S54 mono-glass series. The final wattage is part of the exact product code and has its own electrical values.
ABC and Infinite
AIKO expands ABC as All Back Contact. The design places the cell contacts on the rear, leaving the front without conventional busbars. Its third-generation material uses Infinite for a set of changes that includes hidden interconnection ribbons and overlapping cell connections.
The current product catalogue applies Infinite Technology across several third-generation Neostar, Comet and Stellar families. It does not list Neostar Infinite as a standalone model. A reference to Infinite should therefore be paired with the actual module family and code rather than treated as a separate panel specification.
UK records and availability
The English Neostar catalogue was current at 22 July 2026. Exact 2S54 and 3S54 wattage variants also had current MCS Product Directory records on that date. MCS lists individual codes and dimensions, which matters because AIKO has published more than one physical or wattage series under similar Neostar names.
