Baxi HP60 is an R290 air-to-water monobloc range for residential heating and hot water. It was introduced in 2025 in 4, 6, 8, 11 and 13 kW designations. All five have single-phase versions, with additional three-phase 11 and 13 kW models.

High-temperature operation

Maximum flow temperature is 75°C at -10°C outdoor air. This is an operating limit rather than the temperature assumed by the seasonal figures. SCOP (seasonal coefficient of performance) is specified at 35°C, 45°C and 55°C flow, alongside nominal and maximum output at several outdoor temperatures.

The output table uses nominal output at -5°C outdoor and 55°C flow. It therefore does not repeat the model names as if 4, 6, 8, 11 and 13 kW applied at every condition.

Product-code conflict

Baxi’s January 2026 ASHP guide assigns product codes 7899694 to 7899700 to the seven HP60 models in the order shown above. The live HP60 page instead prints 7899701 to 7899707, the same codes that the guide and live HP55 page assign to Assure HP55. Baxi does not reconcile this conflict. The complete model name should therefore be used alongside the product code when checking an order.

The SCOP figures do not match

Baxi’s live technical table and the MCS Product Directory give different SCOP values for the same HP60 model numbers. For example, Baxi’s 4 kW column gives 5.34 at 35°C and 3.99 at 55°C, while the live MCS record gives 5.05 and 3.76.

The MCS entries have their own certification numbers and are the figures used in that directory. Baxi’s table remains the manufacturer’s current published product information. A design or scheme document should use the figure required by that document rather than substituting a family headline.

Controls, casing and phase

The 4 and 6 kW models measure 1301 mm wide, 725 mm high and 426 mm deep and weigh 94 kg net. For the 8 to 13 kW casing, the January 2026 guide gives 1390 mm wide, 872 mm high and 523 mm deep. The casing drawing is consistent with that width, height and depth order. The live page labels the same three dimensions as 872 mm wide, 523 mm high and 1390 mm deep, a conflict Baxi has not explained. Net weights range from 122 kg to 142 kg.

An HP60 requires the Baxi ASHP Control unless it is paired with the Baxi ASHP Pre-plumbed Cylinder, which incorporates system control. Conventional Baxi heat-pump cylinders are also compatible equipment.

All seven exact HP60 model numbers have current MCS records dated from 29 September 2025. The range was current at 22 July 2026. Standard warranty is two years, with an enhanced term of up to seven years subject to its conditions.
