Fronius Reserva Pro is a current high-voltage LFP battery for larger residential, agricultural and commercial systems. It is a different platform from the smaller Reserva range. Six tower sizes work with Primo GEN24 Plus, Symo GEN24 Plus and Verto Plus, subject to exact compatibility requirements.
Capacity and tower sizes
Reserva Pro 12.0 to 32.0 use three to eight modules. Exact usable capacities are 11.9, 15.9, 19.9, 23.9, 27.9 and 31.9 kWh. Nominal voltage rises from 212.52 to 566.72 V with module count.
Up to four towers can operate in parallel. Four maximum towers provide 127.6 kWh usable by exact arithmetic, rounded to a 128 kWh headline. Parallel operation still needs an approved inverter, matching tower configuration, communications and protection design.
Maximum battery output current is 50 A, subject to the inverter’s lower charge or discharge limit where applicable.
Operating environment
Reserva Pro is rated IP65 and permitted indoors or in a protected outdoor location. The ambient schedule is -20°C to 50°C, with temperature-dependent charge and discharge limits.
Backup and compatibility
The battery does not establish an islanded supply by itself. Backup and black-start functions require a supported hybrid inverter, suitable state of charge and the approved grid isolation, switching, protection and earthing arrangement. Available power and load starting behaviour depend on the complete system.
Compatibility should be checked by exact inverter power class and software version. A Fronius brand match alone is insufficient, particularly for older Symo Hybrid and non-Plus inverters.
Warranty
The UK warranty term is ten years with 80% state of health. The full terms, serial numbers, commissioning record and installation conditions determine the enforceable cover. The inverter and battery have separate warranty positions.
