NOAH 2000

Growatt NOAH 2000 is a DC-coupled LFP battery for a compatible balcony-solar microinverter system. PV modules connect to NOAH and the battery supplies controlled DC power to the microinverter.

DC path to the microinverter

The charge rating and DC output rating describe different parts of the power path. Solar can enter the battery at a higher rate than the microinverter output, while the downstream microinverter controls the grid-connected AC output. NOAH is not itself the AC generating unit.

Expansion supports up to four NOAH units and 8.192 kWh in the compatible system arrangement.

Temperature, cycle claim and UKCA record

The product page’s undifferentiated temperature headline is not the charging range. Charging and discharging retain separate datasheet limits, and the lower discharge limit must not be read as permission to charge at the same temperature. The heating function operates while PV input is available.

NOAH 2000 has UKCA documentation. It supplies DC to the compatible downstream microinverter rather than connecting directly to the AC grid.

The product is advertised for more than 6,000 cycles and has a separate ten-year warranty. The cycle count is not an unconditional service-life promise. Warranty cover is subject to Growatt’s country-of-sale, installation and sales-order terms.

NOAH 2000 had worldwide product status and UKCA documentation on 23 July 2026. Current UK new supply was unconfirmed on that date.
