JAM54D41 is the all-black, n-type TOPCon branch of JA Solar’s residential DeepBlue 4.0 range. It uses cells between two sheets of glass. GB, LB and MB are distinct forms with different power schedules.

GB and MB are 1722 mm high and weigh 21.5 kg. LB is 1762 mm high and weighs 22 kg. All are 1134 mm wide and use a 30 mm frame; cable lengths and connector options belong to the exact datasheet.
The rear glass makes the module bifacial. The nameplate rating is the front-side STC rating; rear-side contribution depends on the installed arrangement and conditions. It must not be added to the nameplate wattage as a fixed allowance.
MCS matching
On 23 July 2026, the MCS Product Directory contained current JAM54D41 LB entries at 420 W to 435 W and HB entries at 430 W to 445 W. JA Solar’s European pages show other suffixes and wattages as well. A current page for the family therefore does not establish an MCS record for every option.
Warranty identification
The warranty effective 16 June 2026 assigns listed JAM54D41 LR, MB and LB patterns a 25-year product term and 30-year peak-power term. Its n-type degradation schedule reaches 87.4% at year 30. JA Solar’s catalogue also retains variant labels and documents associated with 15-year and 25-year product terms.
The sale date and applicable warranty version resolve that apparent difference. Modules sold before 16 June 2026 retain their earlier terms, while later sales use the new schedule where the complete code is covered.
