Tiger Neo 3.0 is Jinko Solar’s current QL6 module generation. The European range covers more than one physical format, so its headline 670 W figure describes the largest 66QL6 product rather than a residential panel.
Residential 48QL6 products
The current European 48QL6 datasheets cover six power classes from 460 W to 485 W. They share a 1762 × 1134 × 30 mm double-glass format, a 24.4 kg published weight and a -0.26%/°C power temperature coefficient.
The suffix defines the construction. DB is an all-black monofacial module, DV is monofacial and BDV is bifacial. The 2026 datasheets give the same front-side nameplate schedule and 23.02% to 24.27% efficiency range, but the products are not substitutes on description alone.
Larger formats and UK records
Jinko Solar’s current European range page also lists a 51QL6 bifacial format at up to 520 W and a 66QL6 bifacial format at up to 670 W. Their dimensions and electrical values are different from the 48QL6 schedule.
At 23 July 2026, the MCS Product Directory held current 48QL6 entries from 450 W to 485 W, with the exact range depending on suffix. It also held current 51QL6-BDV entries from 475 W to 510 W. These certification ranges do not replace the manufacturer datasheet for the exact module.
Warranty boundary
For relevant European agreements signed on or after 19 September 2025, 48QL6-DB has 25-year product cover and 48QL6-DV has 15-year cover. The 2026 48QL6-BDV specification has 15-year product cover. All three variants have a 30-year power schedule with 1% first-year degradation and 0.35% per year thereafter. Purchase date and complete code therefore both matter.
