Solo Pro is the commercial member of the Solo family. Its application scope is workplaces and shared residential properties, not an individual dwelling whose supply is inside the property.

Models and site use

S7-UP-05 is the single-phase model, usually configured at 7 kW and capable of 7.4 kW on request. S22-UP-05 is the 22 kW three-phase model. Both have a universal Type 2 socket, so the driver provides the cable.

RFID is built in. Depending on the site’s configuration, a driver may use an authorised card, the Pod Point app or plug-and-play charging. The charger needs a suitable Wi-Fi, mobile-data or Ethernet route for connected operation.

Metering and load control

An optional MID Class B meter is documented for applications that need certified energy readings. The single-phase branch can use an optional current-transformer clamp for supply protection or Pod Point Array control across multiple chargers. The three-phase model and some hardware combinations have different restrictions, including router and MID-meter compatibility, so suffixes and the project schedule matter.

Its IP54 and IK10 ratings apply to the correctly assembled enclosure.

Warranty and model records

The warranty period is three years. S7-UP-05 and S22-UP-05 also appear on the GOV.UK list dated 15 June 2026.
