Pylontech Force H2 is a high-voltage battery tower assembled from FH9637M modules and a Force H2 controller. It no longer has a complete entry in Pylontech’s current product list, which now presents Force H3 as the high-voltage residential battery. Current Force-series warranty and certification records still name Force H2, so the page remains useful for existing equipment.

Module and tower identification

Each FH9637M module is a 96 V-class, 3.55 kWh unit. Towers span 7.1 to 17.76 kWh nominal and 6.75 to 16.78 kWh usable, with 95% depth of discharge and an IP55 enclosure.

Two current records give different configuration limits. The family specification covers towers containing two to five modules, while the European and UK Force warranty defines the FC0500M-40S controller for two to four FH9637M modules. The installed controller designation, hardware revision and matching manual therefore govern an existing tower.

Configuration boundary

FH9637M modules form a high-voltage series tower. The installed controller designation and hardware revision identify whether the two-to-five-module family schedule or the two-to-four-module warranty schedule applies.

Warranty record

The current European and UK warranty gives ten years for battery-module performance, starting from installation or twelve months after manufacture, whichever comes first. Minimum capacity is 60% of nominal energy, with a separate time-value replacement condition based on 80% of usable capacity. Those are distinct contractual measures and should be read in the dated terms supplied with the system.
