Pylontech Force H3X is an integrated residential energy system rather than a battery-only tower. It combines FH10050 battery modules, a BMS, hybrid inverter and energy-management controls. The live manufacturer catalogue lists the family globally, but current UK new-supply evidence was not established at this review.

Variants and storage range

Single-phase versions are named at 3.6, 5, 6 and 8 kW and use one to four battery modules, providing 5.12 to 20.48 kWh nominal energy. Three-phase versions are named at 8, 10, 12 and 15 kW and use two to seven modules, providing 10.24 to 35.84 kWh.

The single-phase family has two or three MPPTs depending on rating; three-phase versions have three. The system includes a supported off-grid output with a published changeover time of no more than 10 milliseconds. Backup coverage still depends on the selected output, battery state, load grouping, surge demand and installed changeover and earthing arrangement.

Grid connection

Because Force H3X contains an inverter, its network treatment differs from a battery module alone. The manufacturer table lists G98 and G99 among supported standards, but that does not put every version on a G98 connect-and-notify route. The exact model, phase arrangement, registered capacity, other generation and any export limitation determine the DNO process.

The 3.6 kW name also does not establish a 16 A-per-phase limit by itself. The current exact type-test record and commissioned settings are the relevant evidence.

Installation boundaries

The family is published with IP65 protection and natural cooling. System height and weight change substantially with battery count. Single-phase weights run from 77 to 194 kg; three-phase figures run from 121 to 316 kg before the base according to the current web table. Support, clearances, access and anti-toppling provisions therefore need the exact configuration.

Battery modules and inverter electronics form one documented system. Force H3X specifications should not be transferred to the battery-only Force H3 tower, even though both use FH10050 modules.
