SigenMate is Sigenergy’s compact solar and battery family for smaller homes. It was announced at Intersolar Europe in June 2026. German pre-orders began on 14 July 2026, with a wider European Union rollout scheduled for 18 August 2026. UK availability was unconfirmed on 22 July 2026.

Solar input and storage range

One system spans 2.68 to 18.8 kWh, while up to three parallel systems reach 56.4 kWh. The July launch material pairs the 18.8 kWh endpoint with one host and up to six battery modules, but six 2.68 kWh modules total 16.08 kWh. The complete module-count schedule therefore needs the released configuration document; the headline capacity endpoints should not be reverse-engineered into an assumed bill of materials.

The announced plug-and-play compatibility is limited to supported microinverters and released electrical configurations.

Outputs and parallel operation

The system has four distinct output ratings: 800 W on-grid AC output, up to 1,400 W off-grid AC output, up to 3,600 W pass-through output and a 1,800 W peak for ten seconds. These are different operating conditions and should not be combined into a single continuous power figure.

The parallel limit is three systems and 56.4 kWh total.

The LFP system is rated IP66 for a -20°C to 55°C operating range and uses dual-band Wi-Fi 6. Monitoring and control form part of Sigenergy’s newer mySigen and Sigen AI ecosystem, subject to the account, connectivity and regional service arrangements available at launch.

UK network-device status and SigenMate-specific performance-warranty terms were unconfirmed on 22 July 2026. European main units and battery packs bought through authorised channels carry a typical ten-year standard period; that does not establish UK-channel cover, retained-capacity terms or identical treatment of every component.
