SigenStor Neo is Sigenergy’s next-generation all-in-one home energy system. The company launched it globally in June and July 2026 as a separate product from the established SigenStor Energy Controller and battery stack. As at 22 July 2026, its complete UK model schedule, network-register status and European warranty were unconfirmed.

Integrated equipment

Neo combines a PV inverter, battery, battery power conversion system, energy-management system and gateway in one stack. Up to six battery modules can be installed vertically. This differs from established SigenStor arrangements where a separate Energy Gateway normally provides the grid-disconnection and distribution functions for backup.

The announced design includes a Backup Port and a Smart Port. The Smart Port is intended to connect supported third-party inverters, generators, heat pumps and EV chargers. That is not universal compatibility. Electrical ratings, switching, control protocols and permitted equipment still depend on the eventual model documents.

Backup output and unresolved model limits

Neo was announced with zero-millisecond load-side disruption and peak output of 200% in off-grid mode. Neither claim establishes continuous output, motor-starting capability or the loads an exact installation can support. The applicable datasheet needs to define the model rating, duration, test conditions, battery configuration and protected-load arrangement before either figure is used in a design.

The newer home ecosystem is intended to connect Neo with SigenMicro, SigenFlux, Sigen EVAC G2 and SigenMate. These are distinct product families. Their global announcement does not establish that they share a UK launch date or warranty.
