X1-BOOST G4

X1-BOOST G4 is SolaX Power’s current single-phase grid-tied inverter family for residential PV arrays. It converts DC solar output to AC and has no battery connection or backup output.

Eight AC ratings and two trackers

The family contains eight output classes from 2.5 kW to 6 kW. Each has two MPPTs, with one string input on each tracker. The stated maximum recommended PV array rises by model and is not the same quantity as AC output.

The tracker range starts at 40 V and runs to 560 V, with a 50 V start-up figure. The 16 A input limit applies to each tracker. Array voltage, current and string layout still have to remain within the exact inverter and module limits across the site’s temperature range.

The current product table prints the 3.3 kW parameter label as X1-BOOST-3.3K-G, while the surrounding family name is G4. For the 3.3 kW unit, the equipment label is the exact identifier.

Grid-tied operation and monitoring

X1-BOOST G4 has built-in export-control support and optional communications for SolaXCloud monitoring. It can exchange control information with compatible SolaX equipment, but it remains a solar-only inverter. A battery added to the same property would need its own AC-coupled conversion equipment.

X1-Boost G3 and G4 have five years of standard cover, upgraded to ten years with a qualifying SolaXCloud connection and successful generation-data upload. The individual installation record and applicable terms determine the actual warranty dates.
