VCHRGD Seven Pro is a Mode 3, single-phase chargepoint with adjustable current from 6 to 32 A and a published maximum of 7.4 kW. It is sold with either a universal Type 2 socket or a fixed Type 2 lead. The current tethered option has a 7.5 m lead, while V1.3 also covers 5 m variants, so the ordered part number determines the supplied cable.
Charging and site controls
The charger provides hard-wired dynamic load management using a current transformer supplied with the unit. A second current-transformer input can be used for solar measurement.
Seven Pro includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and RFID, with optional 4G in V1.3. OCPP 1.6J connects the charger to a selected back-office service.
Protection and enclosure
The product includes PEN-fault detection and 6 mA DC leakage detection. Installation requires a two-pole Type A RCBO for 30 mA AC residual protection.
The specification table gives IP54, IK10 and an operating range of -25°C to 50°C. Socketed units weigh 3 kg, while tethered units weigh about 4 kg. The table states dimensions of 300 × 180 × 90 mm, but a later enclosure drawing in the same document labels 319 mm height and 105 mm depth. The supplied drilling template and installation guide should be used where these measurements matter.
