Vitocal 333-G

Vitocal 333-G is an older-generation compact ground source heat pump with an integral domestic-hot-water cylinder. It appears in Viessmann’s UK comparison table, but it is not in the site’s current ground source product list and has no dedicated current UK product page. Viessmann’s ViCare compatibility guide explicitly places it among older-generation heating systems.

Status

The current product list names Vitocal 222-G as the compact ground source model with an integral cylinder. This page therefore records Vitocal 333-G as superseded rather than presenting it as a current sales option.

Some Viessmann pages retain historic comparison data after a product has left the main catalogue. That makes the live comparison-table mention useful evidence that the model existed, but not sufficient evidence of current UK supply.

Controls and support

Viessmann lists Vitocal 333-G with the WO1C control type. Its ViCare guide says an older-generation system of this type connects through a Vitoconnect OPTO2 rather than having the built-in WiFi used by newer One Base equipment.

Exact outputs, refrigerant data, cylinder capacity and electrical requirements depend on the full product type and generation. They have not been combined here from overseas or later-family documents. For an installed system, the type plate and 16-digit serial number should be used in ViBooks to retrieve the matching instructions.

Warranty position

Viessmann’s current UK heat-pump warranty table does not name Vitocal 333-G. Existing cover therefore depends on the original registration, certificate and terms rather than the current standard schedule.
