Wallbox Copper SB is a socketed commercial and semi-public charger retained in the manufacturer’s support library. Production ended in the first half of 2024, and its temporary Great Britain sales arrangement ended on 30 June 2024. It is therefore an installed-product reference, not a current UK new-sale model.
Hardware and access
The retained European range has 11 and 22 kW three-phase versions with a shuttered Type 2 socket. The 260 by 192 by 113 mm enclosure is rated IP54 and IK10.
Both output versions share the three-phase architecture and shuttered Type 2 socket, while the complete model identifies the 11 or 22 kW rating.
RFID and the Wallbox app control user access. Communications include Wi-Fi, Ethernet and Bluetooth, with cellular communication on applicable versions.
Metering and protection
Built-in residual-current detection covers 30 mA AC and 6 mA DC, while an external RCD remains required according to local rules.
Support and warranty
The product carried a three-year warranty. Installed units may now be outside that period.
