Compress 7400i AW is a two-model R410A monobloc range with 5 and 7 kW capacity names. Its technical codes are CS7400iAW 5 ORE and CS7400iAW 7 ORE.

Technical distinction

Both models use a single-phase supply and connect to specified indoor equipment. The 5 kW unit has a 1.75 kg R410A charge, while the 7 kW unit has 2.35 kg. Worcester Bosch gives a maximum heat-pump flow temperature of 62°C.

At 2°C outdoor air and 35°C water, the technical sheet gives outputs of 5.48 and 7.29 kW respectively. It gives a coefficient of performance of 5.01 at the separate 7°C/35°C point for both. Those conditions need to stay attached to the figures.

Both capacities have a published sound power of 50 dB(A). Site sound pressure depends on the unit’s operating point, distance and surroundings.

Certification and availability

The exact 5 and 7 kW models had current MCS Product Directory records through 31 July 2027 at the review date. Their 35°C seasonal values were 4.73 and 4.61, and their 55°C values were 3.27 and 3.47.

New-supply status is less clear. Compress 7400i AW was absent from Worcester Bosch’s current homeowner and professional heat-pump directories on 23 July 2026. A manufacturer installer promotion published in May 2026 still named the range. Certification, promotional inclusion and normal catalogue availability are different facts, so this entry records availability as unconfirmed.

The published evidence supports use of the range as existing equipment and may support retained stock, but it does not establish normal current supply. The exact outdoor and indoor-unit combination remains relevant to certification and technical data.

Guarantee

Current Worcester Bosch heat-pump terms provide a minimum two-year guarantee, potentially longer by product and installer accreditation. The registered guarantee certificate establishes the term for an installed unit.
