Dura5 is Duracell Energy’s current 51.2 V low-voltage LFP battery module. Its code is PD-5KWH-50V-2G, with 5.12 kWh nominal energy and 4.6 kWh usable energy.
Power and expansion
The module is rated for 100 A continuous charge or discharge. At nominal voltage, current does not translate into a fixed household AC power figure because the connected inverter has its own power, efficiency and state-of-charge limits.
The family supports up to 32 modules, subject to the compatible inverter and installation rules.
Current Dura5 is not the same product as the earlier Duracell 5+. The model code, cabinet dimensions and expansion limit differ, so modules should not be mixed merely because both have 5.12 kWh nameplate energy.
Installation and operation
Dura5 can be wall mounted or stacked. It measures 490 × 110 × 688 mm and weighs 51.5 kg ±1 kg. The enclosure is IP65, with charge and discharge operation from -10°C to +55°C.
CAN and RS485 provide battery-management communications.
The product specification is 8,000 cycles with a ten-year warranty.
