Logic Air 14kW

Logic Air 14kW is not a current Ideal Heating product designation. The current Logic Air range ends at the 10 kW model. Ideal’s current domestic 14 kW heat pump is HP290 Monobloc 14kW, which belongs to a different product family.

Logic Air and HP290 are distinct

Current Logic Air equipment uses R32 and AH75066x product codes. HP290 uses R290, or propane, and a different code sequence. Its current 14 kW product code is 241491. The families also have different maximum water temperatures, operating maps, installation requirements and warranty routes.

Changing the family name is therefore not a cosmetic correction. A design labelled Logic Air 14kW cannot safely inherit the performance or installation data of HP290 14kW, and the Logic Air 10 kW values cannot be scaled up to fill the gap.

Exact product identity

The full product designation links the manufacturer family and product code to the refrigerant, electrical supply, output at the design outdoor and flow temperatures and the matching certification record. The installed nameplate and handover documents use that same designation.

No current Logic Air 14kW row appeared in the MCS Product Directory on 23 July 2026. The directory contained two HP290 Monobloc 14kW rows: an older Eurovent record ending 31 July 2026 and newer reference MCS HP0398/06 with no displayed certification end date. A blank field is not evidence of an unlimited certification term.

The incorrect combination can appear where capacity lists from the HP290 range have been attached to the Logic Air name. Ideal does not currently identify a Logic Air 14 kW product.
