Logic Air 4kW

Logic Air 4kW is the smallest current Logic Air model. Its Ideal product code is AH750664 and its MCS certificate reference is KIWA 00027/024 HP.

Output and seasonal figures

Logic Air 4kW produces 4.0 kW at 7°C outdoor air with either 35°C or 55°C water. That point does not describe output across the whole year. Output changes as the outdoor air cools and the required flow temperature rises.

Ideal Rev D gives SCOP (seasonal coefficient of performance) values of 4.96 at 35°C and 3.48 at 55°C. The MCS Product Directory gave 4.70 and 3.40 on 23 July 2026. The datasets conflict, so the figures retain their labels rather than being averaged or substituted for one another.

System and installation context

This is a single-phase R32 monobloc. The 0.88 kg factory refrigerant circuit remains in the outdoor unit. Ideal gives a minimum outdoor operating temperature of -20°C, a maximum flow temperature of 60°C and a minimum hydronic flow of 8.5 litres per minute.

The current Rev D dimensions are 798 mm high, 1,095 mm wide and 518 mm deep. A current serial-specific installation guide instead gives 521 mm depth for the 4 and 5 kW casing, so base, clearance and pipework design follow the document supplied for the exact unit.

Sound power is 52 dB(A). Sound power is a source characteristic, not the sound pressure at a neighbouring window or boundary; distance, reflections, screening and operating condition affect the latter.

Current status and cover

The exact MCS record was current through 25 August 2027 at the review date. Ideal’s current standard homeowner wording offers up to seven years of parts-and-labour cover with registration within 30 days and annual servicing, subject to terms. Its paid extension route lists a ten-year maximum for Logic Air.
