Tiger Neo N-type is the original generation of Jinko Solar’s TOPCon module family. The company launched Tiger Neo in November 2021 and described an expanded second-generation family in January 2022. Current European pages now organise the range as Tiger Neo 2.0 and Tiger Neo 3.0, making this an installed-product and legacy-range entry.
Original family scope
The 2021 launch covered large-format n-type TOPCon modules. Jinko Solar’s 2022 update then described 54, 72 and 78-cell formats with different outputs. Those launch figures describe the family at that date and should not be used as specifications for every panel carrying the Tiger Neo name.
The 54HL4-(V) family is one defined domestic-format example. Its five classes run from 410 W to 430 W, with module efficiency from 21.00% to 22.02%. The panel measures 1722 × 1134 × 30 mm, weighs 22 kg and has a -0.29%/°C power temperature coefficient.
The representative 54HL4-(V) range has 15-year product and 30-year linear power warranties. Other original Tiger Neo formats and later warranty documents can have different terms.
Identifying an installed panel
Tiger Neo or N-type on an invoice is not enough to select a replacement specification. The nameplate should provide the complete code, including its wattage, cell-format characters and suffix. This distinguishes 54HL4-V from 54HL4R-B and from later QL6 products.
Some original-generation codes remained current entries in the MCS Product Directory at 23 July 2026. That record does not turn the early family into the current manufacturer generation, nor does it establish distributor stock. Jinko Solar’s European support route and serial-number service remain relevant where documents for an installed module are incomplete.
