The smallest marketed capacity has a different rated output at the catalogue’s stated test point. Higher-capacity codes also separate single-phase and three-phase supplies.
Marketed capacity and test output
The output row is the value used when comparing performance at the stated air and water conditions. The marketed capacity remains part of the product identity, but it is not a substitute for the performance table used in system design.
The smaller group is single-phase. Higher-capacity variants have separate single-phase and three-phase codes, so the number in the product name does not establish the required electrical supply.
Seasonal performance is also model-specific. The lower-temperature and higher-temperature columns measure different application conditions, and the values change across the capacity range.
Monobloc boundary and controls
The heating circuit crosses into the building as water rather than refrigerant pipework. Electrical and control connections are also required. That differs from THERMA V Split, where refrigerant pipes connect an outdoor unit to an indoor hydro or combi unit.
LG’s current UK page describes ThinQ control through separately required accessories. The product and controls need matching codes because the app name alone does not establish that the modem and interface are included.
The heating and domestic-hot-water ranges have different upper boundaries. The upper domestic-hot-water segment depends on the booster heater and the catalogue’s stated system conditions.
R32 certification and warranty records
As at 23 July 2026, the R32 Monobloc remained on LG’s UK product page and in its current catalogue. The MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) Product Directory held the standalone codes shown in the specification.
Warranty duration depends on the commissioning and extended-cover documents LG receives, together with continued compliance with its servicing terms. The current page has two different THERMA V summaries, so those records and the applicable terms establish the cover for an installed unit.
