Pylontech Force H1 V2 is a high-voltage LFP tower assembled from FH48074 modules and an FC0500-40S-V2 controller. The V2 suffix matters: the earlier Force H1 uses FC0500-40S. Neither should be identified only as a generic Force H1 when parts or firmware are being checked.

Capacity and configuration

Each FH48074 module is rated at 48 V and 3.552 kWh. The hosted Force H1 V2 manual’s system table shows two to seven modules, equivalent to 7.104 to 24.864 kWh nominal. It gives 95% depth of discharge, IP55 protection and tower weights from 86 to 266 kg across those configurations.

There is a material document conflict. Pylontech’s current European and UK Force warranty defines FC0500-40S-V2 for three to seven FH48074 modules, and the installation manual’s troubleshooting section also says at least three modules are needed when system voltage is too low. A two-module entry in the specification table should therefore not be treated as permission to commission that layout. The controller label and matching manufacturer instructions must govern an existing system.

Module and tower dimensions

Each module measures 600 by 380 by 170 mm and weighs 36 kg. The controller is 600 by 380 by 150 mm and the base is 40 mm high. Tower height changes from 530 to 1,380 mm across the two-to-seven-module configurations.

IP55 is an enclosure test classification, not unrestricted outdoor permission. The installation conditions exclude frost and direct sunlight and require environmental temperature control where necessary.

Expansion and compatibility

The manual documents multiple strings, but this requires the defined Force H1 V2 communications topology and system design. It does not make FH48074 interchangeable with H48074 PowerCube modules or with low-voltage US-series products.

Warranty record

The current European and UK Force warranty names Force H1 V2. It gives ten years for battery-module performance and 60% of nominal energy as minimum capacity, plus a separate time-value statement based on 80% of usable capacity. The installation record and dated terms determine actual cover.
