Pylontech Force H1 is a high-voltage LFP tower for earlier residential storage systems. It uses FH48074 battery modules connected in series with an FC0500-40S controller. It is absent from Pylontech’s current product catalogue, but the manufacturer’s download system retains its manual, certificates and current European and UK Force-series warranty.
System identity
The current warranty defines Force H1 through three to seven FH48074 modules connected to the FC0500-40S BMS. Each FH48074 module is a 48 V, 3.552 kWh unit. A Force H1 tower is therefore a high-voltage series system, not a bank of standalone 48 V batteries.
The exact module count changes total voltage, energy, height and weight. The inverter must support the resulting Force H1 voltage window and controller communications. An FH48074 module should not be connected as though it were a US-series rack battery, and a controller from Force H1 V2 or another Force generation should not be substituted merely because the enclosure looks similar.
Installed-system identity
Force H1 and Force H1 V2 use the same module designation but different controller suffixes. For service work, the controller nameplate, module labels, firmware and applicable manual revision are more reliable than the shortened family name on an invoice.
Pylontech’s retained Force H1 UKCA certificate establishes a certification record, not current UK new-supply status. New availability is treated as superseded because Force H3 occupies the manufacturer’s current high-voltage residential product page.
Warranty record
The current European and UK Force warranty expressly names Force H1 and the FC0500-40S controller. It gives ten years for battery-module performance and defines minimum capacity as 60% of nominal energy. It also contains a separate time-value replacement statement based on 80% of usable capacity.
Those are different contractual measures. Purchase through an authorised reseller, compatible equipment, installation conditions and the dated terms supplied with the system remain relevant to actual cover.
