Growatt MOD is a three-phase inverter prefix. X, X2 Pro and X3 identify grid-tied solar ranges; XH and HU identify separate battery-ready equipment.

In each grouped row, the printed suffix applies to every preceding power code. MOD 6000TL3-X, for example, is the 6 kW X model.
The current X and X2 Pro schedules do not use identical MPPT current limits. Higher-rated X models also allocate more than one string to a tracker, so a single family-wide input-current figure is insufficient.
The MOD 3-33KTL3-X3 family extends the name across a wider power range, with tracker count changing by rating. A broad MOD description cannot establish the tracker count, string schedule or enclosure of the inverter.
The X and X2 Pro maximum and European efficiency figures are test metrics rather than annual-yield predictions. X3, XH and HU have their own specification schedules.
XH and HU battery-ready variants
MOD 3000-10000TL3-XH supports ARK XH and APX. MOD 3-15KTL3-HU is a separate battery-ready family supporting APX. Those products contain a battery interface that is not present on an ordinary X-family inverter.
The MOD-XH plus ARK XH arrangement has no backup function. Other MOD storage configurations require their own compatibility and backup specification.
Battery code, power module and module count must match the complete inverter suffix. A supported battery family name on its own is not a complete compatibility record.
Three-phase connection and UK availability
The exact type-tested model, phase arrangement, all other generation and any accepted export limit determine whether the DNO route is G98 or G99. The MOD power class does not decide that route by itself.
X/X2 Pro, X3, XH and HU are current worldwide families. UK availability is unconfirmed for every complete MOD code.
