Logic Air 6kW is not a current Ideal Heating product designation. Ideal’s current Logic Air schedule contains 4, 5, 8 and 10 kW models. The current Ideal domestic heat pump carrying a 6 kW name belongs to the separate HP290 family.

Why the family name matters

Logic Air is an R32 monobloc range with AH75066x product codes. HP290 is an R290, or propane, monobloc range with product codes 241486 to 241491. The two families have different refrigerants, siting rules, operating envelopes, specification sheets and certification records.

Logic Air 6kW is not a verified product identity without a manufacturer product code and exact outdoor-unit designation. Logic Air 5 kW data cannot be repopulated by changing the output, and HP290 6 kW values cannot be used while retaining the Logic Air name.

The likely current distinctions are:

  • Logic Air 5kW: AH750665, R32 and certificate KIWA 00027/023 HP
  • HP290 Monobloc 6kW: product code 241487 and R290

Those are different products rather than two descriptions of one unit.
